We were invited to attend an absolutely, insanely incredible dinner held by Patek Philippe (the watch makers) and Ben Bridge Jewelers. (In case you were wondering, there is — was, rather — a Ben Bridge. We sat with his grandson. Crazy!) This private dinner was catered by Chef Chris Kajioka and his Vintage Cave team…that should tell you how swanky it was.
This stunning dessert was served to cap off the evening. It was almost too beautiful to eat! (But I ate it anyway. Of course. Like I would pass up dessert…) Mascarpone cream, pistachio and pâte de fruit.
