It’s summer (although Shake says it’s not really, yet, and therefore it is unreasonable that it is so hot already), and so it’s icky hot in our apartment. That means it’s time to eat gazpacho. (Plus, tomatoes are in season, hooray!) We’ve already had it twice this week.
It’s not just our Current Obsession, it’s our until-it-stops-being-so-hot obsession. After we’re done with this pitcher, it’ll be time to make Green Gazpacho again.
